Based on popular demand, I am offering custom art of your pets and loved ones on Birkenstock Boston!

How it’s done: One scene or portrait per side will be sketched by pencil on paper. They are “rough” sketches and will be used to guide me to free-hand draw on the shoes. They are created based on the photos you provide and your requests. This stage takes about 1.5 - 2 weeks and you will see the sketches before they’re painted on the shoes. After placing an order, please send a message with a request and reference photos or links through the contact page or email to hello@akikotsuji.com. You can request, for example, your family members as bunnies (or dogs or cats, etc.) doing what they like (hobbies, profession), and list things such as at the beach, cafe, favorite food, activities, etc. Or, simply a set of portraits. Human faces can be done as well.
